Great location for exploring the area with very friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast catering to all preferences, including a variety of beverages.

The room was unique and large, had smoke detectors for the safety. It had very central location close to Ny Club.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the bar room maids. The breakfast was perfect and freshly cooked to suit all tastes.- The hotel's location is very close to most public transport, making it convenient for guests.

Polite staff from bar room maids, unique superior twin room. Delightful and absolutely fantastic breakfast with pastries and tea or coffee, as example, particularly nice views.

The superior twin room here was spotless, peaceful, and the breakfast was deliciously satisfying.

Magnificent perfect location, to old city gate. Next to railway and city centre, a short walk from Marienplatz, and Near to Station.

this hotel was good choice for exploring munich, liked it and venue’s especially helpful and amazingly helpful staff from bar room maids. there was an a nice size room with a lovely design. very good soundproofing, high-speed internet, and a strong wifi were perfect. the location was ideal and decent in a very convenient area, so close to most major sights, bars and restaurant, and the main station/hauptbahnhof.

It was a well-maintained place, had delightfully helpful and very amiable staff from bar room maids. The setting was ideal, just next door to the restaurants and the city center and sightseeing during the day.

Marvellous location just off the train/metro station as well as the art galleries, and good service. Delightful breakfast option with pastries and local specialties and tea or coffee.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is perfect and includes cheeses, as well as tea or coffee.- The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk away from the Hauptbahnhof tube station.- Early check-in is available, and there is parking on-site.

It was a quiet and wonderful hotel in a busy area, close to the restaurant, tram station, and both the Oktoberfest area & Marienplatz. The superior twin room we stayed in was immaculately clean with a lovely design.

The room was clean and the location was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to supermarkets. The staff at check-in were friendly and the room itself was nice and quiet despite being on a busy street.

The shower in the room was made entirely of glass, which was a bit uncomfortable, especially since I was traveling with my mother. The breakfast at the hotel was overpriced, so we ended up eating outside every day.

Wonderful hotel, lovely breakfast. Near the train station, historical center 5 min, shops, attractions. Nice clean rooms, everything is great!

The location is very convenient because the hotel is only 2 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof which allows for quick travel to other cities and to Munich airport. There are also services at the Hauptbahnhof such as bike hire, which is a very convenient way to get around the city. The breakfast is excellent, it has everything. The best I've tasted in Munich and it's the 5th time I've been there. The good value for money of the accommodation (Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). The price offer I paid was below its usual price for the end of July.

The downside is that the hotel did not have any staff who knew Spanish. Although this is not my case because I know German at an intermediate level, it is a language that is difficult for Spanish-speaking clients. Another negative part or to be improved is to be able to have in the hotel of an own rent of bicycles because they would shorten the times that are lost in the disposition and return of bicycles in a rent shop.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a short walk from the main train station and close to major attractions. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom was small and not well-maintained, with cleanliness issues. the lack of attention to detail and poor housekeeping service made our stay less than satisfactory.
